I am now – daily practice

Building your unbreakable muscle

For many years I was lost. I was living a facade. Going through the motions, I didn’t know myself, so I felt entirely fragile and breakable.

Life is always going to have tough moments, so it is important to build up our resilience. For me, tuning in and getting to know myself was crucial to building my resistance.

So today I wanted to share with you the daily practice that has changed my life.

It has helped me find my very own unbreakable spirit;

-the part of me that cannot be diminished by whatever is going on in the world or in my life
-the part that I can turn to when I feel lost and broken

This practice has taken me so little time yet given me so much.

It is a daily practice called “I am now”. A practice of knowing yourself as the presence rather than your identity

The benefits of I am now:

+ A strong connection with my heart

+ Getting space from the stress and pressure of life

+ A bucket load more confidence

+ A hearty relaltionship with my soul

Take the time to tune in and the benefits start to flow in.
