Useful podcasts

Relationship-smart women
This is a podcast for women (and men) who want to feel more alive and more truly themselves in their relationships.
Relationship-smart women want to learn how to transform their intimate relationships. We feel frustrated, disconnected and lack-lustre, but we are done with blaming our partners. We are ready to do our bit to make things better so that we feel more connected, more alive and more truly ourselves.
The first step to creating the relationship that is fulfilling to you, is awareness. These episodes hope to bring you just that and to point you in the right direction for relationship you desire.
The Beauty Load podcast
In this podcast, I aim to explore how the Beauty Load is felt by different people, in different countries, different cultures and sub-cultures and with different experts.
The Beauty Load podcast aims to normalise the struggle that we feel in relation to our bodies and to question the culture, the expectations and the high standards we hold ourselves to.
Most of all, I hope that in all this exploring we feel a little bit less alone and we can minimise the load that we carry, so that we can just get on with living our lives and being our beautiful, radiant selves.
