Couple Counselling 7-Session Starter Pack
In-person at my Brisbane counselling clinic
Couple therapy requires an ongoing commitment and I want you to have realistic expectations. So, when booking your first couples session, I will encourage you to also schedule an individual session each plus at least another four couples sessions, ideally held fortnightly.
This provides consistency, builds trust and supports steady progress, helping you work through deeper issues gradually and reducing the likelihood of stopping prematurely when challenges arise.
I highly recommend Nicole. She really helped me deepen my relationship with my partner and connect with my vision for our future together. She is a wonderful listener who offers profound guidance.

Relationships can be a beautiful catalyst for personal growth — as I have personally experienced in my own 28-year marriage.

Like any marriage, my husband and I have experienced ups and downs. The fact we're still happily together is not by chance. It is only since I started taking responsibility for my part in the relationship that things have felt better.
- My expectations and ideals have been deeply challenged and some smashed to pieces, so I could recognise this relationship as loving and beautiful.
- I have learned to be patient, as he has a different rhythm to me.
- I have learned to respect, admire and value his parenting of our two kids, which is different to mine.
- I have become less reactive and sensitive when we are in our "dance" (triggered).
- I have become really good at inviting deepening conversations and repair.
Relationships take work, but with the right support, they can be stronger and more fulfilling.
If you're ready to break old patterns and creating last change, I’d love to help.
